Activation Issues

Activation problems are usually caused by a typo, the wrong email address, a stale device registration, or a temporary connection problem.

Check the key format

PosterFlow activation keys use this general format:

PF-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

Copy and paste the key when possible. If typing manually, check each group carefully.

Check the email address

Use the same email address connected to your Early Access/supporter access. If you used a different email during checkout or support signup, try that address.

Device limit reached

Early Access keys are intended for personal use across a small number of devices, currently up to three devices. If you changed computers, reinstalled Windows, or need a device reset, contact support with the email used for access.

App still says inactive

Try these steps:

  1. close PosterFlow Admin
  2. reopen PosterFlow Admin
  3. confirm the PC has internet access
  4. retry activation
  5. check for a newer PosterFlow build
  6. contact support if the same message appears again

Support safety

Do not share full activation keys in public screenshots or forum posts. Use your access email and a description of the issue when contacting support.
