Activation Issues
Activation problems are usually caused by a typo, the wrong email address, a stale device registration, or a temporary connection problem.
Check the key format
PosterFlow activation keys use this general format:
PF-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXCopy and paste the key when possible. If typing manually, check each group carefully.
Check the email address
Use the same email address connected to your Early Access/supporter access. If you used a different email during checkout or support signup, try that address.
Device limit reached
Early Access keys are intended for personal use across a small number of devices, currently up to three devices. If you changed computers, reinstalled Windows, or need a device reset, contact support with the email used for access.
App still says inactive
Try these steps:
- close PosterFlow Admin
- reopen PosterFlow Admin
- confirm the PC has internet access
- retry activation
- check for a newer PosterFlow build
- contact support if the same message appears again
Support safety
Do not share full activation keys in public screenshots or forum posts. Use your access email and a description of the issue when contacting support.
