Make support easy to answerThe fastest support requests include the PosterFlow version, what happened, what you expected, and whether the issue is in Admin Console, Display Client, activation, updates, or metadata.

Before asking for help

Please include:

  • PosterFlow version
  • Windows version
  • whether you are using Stable or Early Access
  • what you expected to happen
  • what actually happened
  • screenshots or logs, if available
  • whether the issue started after an update

Activation support

For activation issues, include the email address used for Early Access. Do not post the full activation key in public.
