Troubleshooting
Use this section when PosterFlow installs, activates, displays, updates, or imports metadata differently than expected.
Start with these checks
- Close and reopen PosterFlow Admin.
- Confirm the Display Client is running if the issue is display-related.
- Confirm the correct monitor or display is selected.
- Check whether the issue started after an update.
- Test with a small library or simple collection.
- Capture a screenshot before changing several settings at once.
