Troubleshooting

Use this section when PosterFlow installs, activates, displays, updates, or imports metadata differently than expected.

Start with these checks

  1. Close and reopen PosterFlow Admin.
  2. Confirm the Display Client is running if the issue is display-related.
  3. Confirm the correct monitor or display is selected.
  4. Check whether the issue started after an update.
  5. Test with a small library or simple collection.
  6. Capture a screenshot before changing several settings at once.
